The fourth match of the One-Day Tri-Series between India A and Sri Lanka A is being played at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium in Dambulla. After winning the toss, Sri Lanka A elected to bowl first. Batting first, India A reached 114 for 4 in 21 overs. At the time of reporting, Ayush Badoni and Nishant Sindhu were at the crease, looking to rebuild the innings after a series of wickets. Earlier, Ruturaj Gaikwad played a steady knock of 37 runs before being dismissed, leaving India A four wickets down. Before that, Tilak Varma scored 23 runs but was caught off the bowling of Kugadas Mathulan, ending a valuable 50-run partnership. During the powerplay, India A also lost the wickets of Prabhsimran Singh, who scored 11 runs, and Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who contributed 21 runs, giving Sri Lanka A an early advantage in the contest. With Badoni and Sindhu at the crease, India A will aim to build a competitive total in the remaining overs of the innings.
