Sangrur SDM Manjeet Kaur Commended for Swift Action on Public Grievances via Social Media

Sangrur (Punjab) : SDM Bhawanagarh, Manjeet Kaur, has received widespread appreciation for taking immediate action on social media reports.

She stated that upon receiving a report about sewage water accumulation on a road in Bhawanagarh, she instructed the Executive Officer of the Nagar Council to resolve the issue promptly.

The Executive Officer took immediate action, deploying a jetting machine and sanitation workers to clear the clogged sewage line and drain the accumulated water.

Similarly, upon receiving a report about a broken railing on a national highway bridge, Manjeet Kaur contacted National Highway Authority officials, who promptly initiated repair work.

The Deputy Commissioner has appreciated Smt. Manjeet Kaur's prompt action and instructed other officials to follow suit, ensuring efficient administration.Manjeet Kaur emphasized that the administration is committed to providing effective governance, as per the Punjab government's directives.
