Canada Bans Assault Weapons to Support Ukraine

Chandigarh: Canada has taken a significant step to aid Ukraine by announcing a ban on 324 models of assault weapons on Thursday. These weapons will be collected from stores and sent to Ukraine as part of this initiative. The decision was made on the eve of the 35th anniversary of the anti-women attack at École Polytechnique in Montreal, where 14 women lost their lives.
