Punjab Governor Kataria graces 10th anniversary of Raj Malhotra's IAS Institute as Chief Guest

Chandigarh : Governor of Punjab and Administrator, U.T., Gulab Chand Kataria, today visited Raj Malhotra's IAS Institute to participate in their 10th Anniversary celebrations.
