Indian Cricketer Kuldeep Yadav to Marry Childhood Friend Vanshika Singh on March 14

Indian cricket team spinner Kuldeep Yadav is set to begin a new chapter in his personal life as preparations for his wedding with childhood friend Vanshika Singh have begun. The couple will get married on March 14 in Mussoorie. A grand reception will be hosted three days later, on March 17, at Hotel Centrum in Lucknow. Earlier this week, Kuldeep’s father Ram Singh Yadav personally invited Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow to attend the wedding ceremony. Kuldeep and Vanshika were engaged on June 4, 2025, in Lucknow. The engagement ceremony was attended by cricketer Rinku Singh, Priya Saroj, and several close friends. The wedding was originally planned for November 2025 but had to be postponed due to preparations for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup. Now, after becoming a world champion, Kuldeep is preparing to begin this new phase of his life. According to Kuldeep’s coach and family friend Kapil Dev Pandey, the wedding ceremonies will begin on March 13 with traditional Haldi and Mehendi rituals. Following the wedding, the reception in Lucknow is expected to be a grand event attended by prominent cricketers, well-known Bollywood personalities, and leading politicians from Uttar Pradesh. Kuldeep was also part of the Indian team that won the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026. During the tournament, he played only one match against Pakistan, where he took one wicket while conceding 14 runs. The 31-year-old Chinaman bowler has represented India national cricket team in 191 matches across all three formats. He has taken 365 wickets at an average of 22.50 and an economy rate of 4.84. Kuldeep has also achieved five or more wickets in an innings on nine occasions during his international career.
