The proceedings of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha commenced today as Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema presented the state budget in the Assembly. On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the spouses of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Gurpreet Kaur, and Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema, Manjeet Kaur, attended the Assembly to witness the budget presentation.
