Sikh Community Condemns Attack on Driver in UK

A shocking incident in Telford, Shropshire has sparked outrage after a Sikh bus driver was violently attacked, his beard pulled, and his vehicle hijacked. The attack, which occurred on Court Street in Madeley on Friday evening, was captured on video and widely circulated online, drawing condemnation from Sikh and Punjabi communities in the UK and abroad.
 According to eyewitnesses, the assailant assaulted the driver, dragged him out of the bus, and then took control of the vehicle. The hijacker drove recklessly on the wrong side of the road from Park Way to High Street, colliding with several cars and causing significant damage.
 Police responded swiftly after receiving emergency calls. The bus was eventually stopped, and a 20-year-old suspect was arrested on charges of robbery and dangerous driving. He remains in custody while investigations continue.
