PM Modi Appeals to Citizens to Make ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ a Celebration Ahead of Independence Day

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to citizens to actively participate in the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign and turn it into a celebration in every household ahead of Independence Day. The Prime Minister shared a new video message on Instagram in which he urged people across the country to celebrate August 15 with pride and honour. He also called upon citizens to participate in the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign and pay tribute to the freedom fighters who contributed to India’s struggle for independence. In his message, Prime Minister Modi said, “Let us make Har Ghar Tiranga a celebration in every home.” His appeal comes ahead of the 80th Independence Day celebrations scheduled for August 15, when the country will mark the 80th anniversary of its independence. The Prime Minister urged citizens to celebrate Independence Day with enthusiasm and respect. He also called on people to remember and honour the freedom fighters and take a pledge to contribute towards building a developed India. Reiterating the importance of the national flag as a symbol of national pride, PM Modi said, “Tiranga in every home, Tiranga in every heart. Let us hoist the Tiranga in every home.” Through the video message, the Prime Minister encouraged citizens to make the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign a part of the Independence Day celebrations and observe the national occasion with a strong sense of pride and respect.
