Missile Attacks in Southern Israel Leave Hundreds Wounded, 11 Critical

Nearly 200 people were injured in Iranian attacks on the Israeli cities of Dimona and Arad, with 11 reported to be in critical condition, according to local media reports on Sunday. Following the attacks, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir stated that Israel would continue to fight its adversaries “on all fronts.” The IDF later confirmed that its air force is carrying out strikes in Tehran, targeting Iranian infrastructure. Among those seriously injured in the southern region is a 12-year-old boy who suffered shrapnel wounds during an attack in Dimona. A five-year-old girl was also injured in a subsequent strike in Arad. Reports indicated that missiles were launched amid continued Iranian attacks on the Dimona area on Saturday.
