The ongoing conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran has entered its eighth day, with new allegations emerging about Russia’s possible role in the war. Media reports claim that Moscow may be providing intelligence assistance to Iran during the conflict. According to reports, Russia has allegedly shared information with Iran about the locations of American warships and military aircraft operating in the Middle East. A report published by The Washington Post, citing three US officials, claimed that Russia has been supplying Iran with targeting intelligence that could help it identify and strike US military bases. The report further stated that Iran’s ability to detect US positions has weakened following recent American and Israeli attacks on the country last week. As a result, Iran is reportedly seeking assistance from Russia to gather information about US military installations. Meanwhile, officials in Moscow have confirmed that Russian and Iranian authorities remain in contact. However, Russia has not clarified whether it is providing intelligence or military support to Tehran in the ongoing conflict. The situation continues to draw global attention as tensions in the Middle East escalate and international powers remain closely involved in the evolving conflict.
