Bhagwant Mann to Address Public Gathering in Bathinda This Evening

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is scheduled to visit Bathinda district today. During his visit, he will address a public meeting at Mandi Kalan village at around 6:00 pm. The Chief Minister is expected to interact with residents during the gathering and share his views on issues related to the development of the region. A large number of people are expected to attend the public meeting. The visit comes a day after an incident in which a petrol bomb was allegedly thrown at the clinic of Dr. Tarsem Garg, who had joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) after leaving the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) during the municipal corporation elections. The incident took place on Monday night, ahead of the Chief Minister's scheduled visit to Bathinda. Following the petrol bomb attack, the police and district administration have stepped up security measures across the district. Authorities have made elaborate security arrangements to ensure that the Chief Minister's visit and the public programme are conducted peacefully and without any disruption.
