Harjinder Singh Dhami Urges Sikhs to Follow Teachings of Guru Gobind Singh
Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee President Harjinder Singh Dhami extended greetings to the Sikh community on the occasion of Khalsa Sajna Diwas, urging devotees to remain connected with the teachings and discipline of Sikh faith. In his message, Dhami highlighted that Guru Gobind Singh established the Khalsa on the historic day of Vaisakhi in 1699 at Anandpur Sahib, giving the Sikh community a distinct identity and guiding them towards a life of dignity and self-respect. He stated that this significant chapter in Sikh history continues to inspire the community to stand firmly for truth, justice, and principles. Dhami called upon the Sikh community to follow the way of life shown by the Guru and to safeguard collective interests. He emphasized that Sikhs across the world should celebrate this historic occasion with enthusiasm and ensure that younger generations are made aware of this important legacy, so that Sikh values remain strong in the future. He also appealed to devotees to actively participate in the celebrations आयोजित at Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib, Takht Sri Damdama Sahib, and Sri Harmandir Sahib on the occasion of Khalsa Sajna Diwas.
